Q2 2021 Performance of Top Tabletop Games on iOS in Brazil

In the second quarter of 2021, the tabletop board games category saw varied performance among its top players on the iOS platform in Brazil. Sensor Tower's data offers us a glimpse into the dynamics of this market segment.

Ludo Club・Fun Dice Board Game experienced a slight decline in downloads from 16K in late March to 12K by the end of June, while weekly active users (WAU) peaked at around 43K in late May before settling closer to 39K. The game's revenue displayed a more volatile trend, surging to $2K in the third week of June.

Ludo King also saw downloads decrease from 9K to 5K over the quarter. However, WAU showed an impressive increase, climbing from 65K to a peak of 129K in mid-May, before gradually declining to 92K. Revenue peaked at $507 in the last week of March, with fluctuations throughout the quarter.

Bear Dice did not generate revenue during this period, but downloads started at 11K and plummeted to just under 1K by June end. WAU mirrored this trend, dropping from 12K to approximately 3K.

Chess - Play & Learn maintained a steady performance in revenue, beginning at $2K in late March and experiencing a notable peak at $3K in mid-April. Downloads for Chess - Play & Learn began at 7K and saw a slight decrease to 3K, while WAU hovered around 40K at the start and end of the quarter.

Lastly, Dominoes Jogatina: Board Games showed a dramatic increase in downloads from 3K to 15K in mid-June, then settled at 3K by the quarter's end. WAU saw an exciting spike to 52K in the same period but ended the quarter around 35K. Revenue for the game oscillated, with a notable peak at $208 in the third week of June.
